I would like Michael to have a change of heart like your saying, but he’s such an idiot. I mean, you make a deal with the devil and expect them to comply? How do we even know they won’t just kill him?

What he should’ve done was, first of all:

Also, Im sick of reading people on TV Squad saying they would’ve done the same thing Michael did. So it’s okay to Kill *other people’s kids* to save your own? I have no sympathy for michael.

Oh, and good info on next week Wiggy, you’ve got me drooling for the finale…

First, i wanted Patrick Swayze to come out and tell DJ Miss Clue, “No one puts Walt in THE ROOM!” Second, I wanted Michael to congratulate Walt for going through puberty in less than a month. “Dad! I love you! *mouth continues to stay open* “Walt!……Walt? What happened to your hairstyle, bass in your voice and height?!”

This ep went against a bunch of things i believed. I thought Michael was making up some elaborate story about the condition of the Others. I was wrong. Also, I thought killing Ana Lucia was part of the plan. Didn’t hear anything about having to ice the lesbo boricua. But if I was Michael, why wouldn’t you just go back and tell everyone the truth about whats going on? Reverse the obvious trap the Others are trying to set. I hope Michael has a change of heart in the finale and gives everyone a heads up, which will then lead to an all out battle between factions.

The little boat? I thought it was just a reminder the Others were sending to Michael so he wouldn’t forget what was at stake. But then the clips from the upcoming ep suggest differently.

Desmond is slated to be in the finale. He will provide a bunch of inside info on Dharma, The Hatches and The Others. This is according to one of the recent articles of Entertainment Weekly.

I agree with Tronsta….the writers better have something up their sleeves to pull a good portion of this enigma together. I don’t expect everything to be explained but i would like close to all of the season one questions along with with some of the season two questions to be answered. Just hoping the show keeps the momentum its been gaining these last few eps.

Others being evil? That’s cool. But i’d also like a good reason for their evil behavior.

Dharma being in cohoots with Umbrella? Genius. Alvar Hanso is really Albert Wesker. Done. Roll credits.

The way I see it, the highest up in their organization are probably the most evil, while many of the rest are brainwashed or have no choice but to comply (i.e. Alex).

Mrs. Clue was definitely a higher up.

I think in the end Dharma is going to be taken out by some government that they messed with. Like at the end of season 5, after most of the Oceanic survivors have been killed, Jack is going to get some evidence to somebody who’s going to be real mad.

The bigger story is about stopping this Nazi-like organization. It goes beyond the survivors, michael, walt, any of that. They can all die in the struggle, as a matter of fact.

Anyway, next week is definitely going to have some sort of big twist, and we’ll have to wait what seems like forever to find out what happens (Remember the hatch ending season 1?)

Yet we look forward to this? LOL. We’re Masochists

That’s my theory and I’m stickin to it!

They have really hyped up the Others to be this band of straight up EVIL people. Making no attempt to ease the worries of the Oceanic survivors, they KNOW the survivors are tramatized from their experiences yet they make no effort to work WITH them, but rather against them. They held Michael for a week and didn’t even let him see his son until the end. They’re intentially playing a scare tactic game to get whatever it is that they want.

So my potential problem comes as this…will the writers explain what the Others are all about? And when and if they do, will that explaination be big enough to fill the hype that was created since the start of the show? Namely that the Others are a) extremely well prepared and supported, b) are extremely able, both physically and mentally, c) they have near god-like surveillance going on on the Oceanic survivors, and d) don’t give a flying poo about the survivors and their situation.

I’m worried that they are just going to be doctors out to record data on their experiments. That won’t cut it for me. I need something bigger, like they work for an insane scientist who escaped the general public and bought his own island and is conducting evil experiments with plans to take over the world.

But, I’m putting my faith in the writers that they are not going to hype up characters and then give them a whack explaination. Next week, 2 hour special dat.
