Microsoft Origami Revealed

origamiFor a few years I’ve been distantly desirious desirous of the OQO mini PC. Have a look here. Pretty nifty right? Ya know what’s NOT nifty? The 2000+ dollar price tag! Bleh.

So there’s been some hype over Microsoft’s Origami, a small hybrid palmtop/laptop PC that will compete with the OQO. Take a gander at the Origami in all it’s origaminess.

So what, you might say. So what? SO WHAT!?!?

Three words, my friend…MOBILE PWNAGE!

Check out the price tag…500 to 1000. 500!?!? For a fully functional PC on the go?? Teh Uber. Of course the OQO has some functions that the Origami might not have.

So are you at all excited over the future release of Origami?

The OQO was awesome because it was unprecedented at the time. This completely owns it. Also, the OQO runs desktop software on a handheld. The icons and text are small and hard to read.

This origami stuff has it’s own OS that’s devoted to the device. It will be much more powerful and useable than the OQO, for half the price! This is gonna be truly awesome. Kudos to Macrosoft.

Hey, while we’re on the topic, check out the uber-smartphone that thinks its a laptop, the HTC universal
